Now that you have entered the guild, there are certain requirements that MUST be followed to stay in the guild. These are written by the leaders and are to be followed by all:
* Must be active in guild and in game. If you do not log in for more than 2 weeks, then you will be deemed inactive and expelled from the guild. If you are going on holiday, then you must tell the guild here on forums your intent.
* Must do guild tasks daily when you are here. Think of this as paying for your room and board. You are filling a spot that active players fill. There are costs for running a guild--paid daily. There are costs for Gods to worship. These gods give us bonuses on our stats. You cannot get these bonuses without getting and completing the guild tasks. We benefit as a guild from doing them--as we are alloted spots for new members. But YOU benefit from the god bonuses.
* No spamming guild chat. No YELLING in guild chat. No begging in guild chat. All of these things state you want to be seen as the most important one, and all state you are not a team player. You will be warned once. We all come here to play and enjoy ourselves. Doing any of the above makes us uneasy, and not enjoying our free time.
* Refrain from using massive leet speak. We are a multinational guild. We try to speak English for the most part but leet is not a language that all are comfortable with--as not all countries even use it. We care not if your English is the greatest, we try to understand and accept all. But please refrain from using many acronyms and leet language, and it is very difficult to understand at times.
* No trash talking in local or polis. You can disagree with others without calling them noob, or using profanity. Typing to avoid chat filters is a big NO. We are to be looked at as Heroes and not as scoundrals. You will be warned once.
* What is said in guild stays in guild. Here we can talk about anything, provided it is not spamming, yelling, or begging. We are mostly a mature audience. Others outside of the guild do not know what is discussed and we like it this way.
* Must be respectful to team members. We are all friends here. You may not like someone's opinion, but they belong here. If you cannot get along, take the issue to your leaders. Do not trash talk them personally.
* No cheating. If caught cheating the game, you will be expelled from the guild immediately and reported to the game gods.
* Must be willing to get in Vent. Many of us talk in Vent when we play. Some just listen in and do not talk. Either way works, as it means less typing and more able to kill Spartans.
* As a team, we donate our drops of stuff we do not need to others in the guild. This allows us to be a solid team. Before selling anything in market, we ask that you offer it to guild members. We are asking that it is donated and not sold to guild members. If a guild member wishes to donate money to you in return, that is his/her business.
* Alts: If you have alternate toons that you also play with, they can also join the guild provided that you state who your alt is, your main name, and that you do guild quests on them daily as well. Again, they are providing space in the guild for others to join. |
