AN GIANG — Rice farmers in the south have earned high profits under a pilot programme launched in March by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development (MARD).

For the last summer-autumn rice crop, farmers earned an additional profit of VND2-3 million (US$98-145) per ha.
